Service Description
Katie is a Board Certified Coach, specializing in the field of Psychosynthesis, a branch of coaching that is based on the core belief that each individual is inherently whole, creative, and resourceful. We each are born with, and hold within, essential qualities such as wisdom, knowledge, compassion, grace, power (will), persistence, drive, dynamism, and many more. It is our goal in the coaching session, to co-create a self-designed process for uncovering, unblocking, and utilizing the wonderous qualities that allow us to be our most vibrant, radiant selves. Coaching can be an incredible tool for integrating seemingly separate parts of our personalities, for finding harmony in relationships with others and ourselves, and for building confidence in our decision making process.
