If you suffer from aches and pains, insomnia, anxiety, stomach cramps or GI issues, emotional mood swings, and/or many other debilitating symptoms, schedule an in-depth consultation with Katie and come out feeling more confident and empowered in your personal healing and health-promoting journey! Clients walk away from the initial consultation with a plan of action for taking back control of their health, along with an herbal remedy customized to fit their needs. Remedies may come in the form of salves, tinctures, teas, or bath salts depending on the area of struggle or discomfort.
