Empowerment Pods

Service Description

Empowerment pods were formed as a supplemental learning space to encourage the development of deep listening, empathy, and space-holding skills. Meeting together in small groups of young women over a series of eight weeks to discuss relevant issues such as peer-to-peer relationships, conflict-resolution strategies, equality, diversity and inclusion, encourages each individual to find their voice and learn how to relate in a supportive and understanding community. Facilitated by Katie, each participant will have time to check-in, listen, contribute and collaborate, forming healthy relationships and growing personal awareness and leadership skills that will guide each young woman along her life journey.
